⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ms. Charlene is the best! I’ve had the pleasure of working with her in private schools for over 10 years. She loves the children and is so kind, patient and hilarious! She’s very organized and professional. She uses a Reggio approach and has set up her daycare to help her children learn independently, become resilient and have fun while learning. She’s great and your children will be in the best learning environment.

Charlene Gooding demonstrates the ability to instill a desire in all children to learn and to achieve. Charlene exudes confidence in the classroom and in all childcare settings, while developing a structured learning environment with high expectations of academic performance. During her years in the private school sector, Charlene effortlessly individualized curriculum to ensure the success of each student, emotionally, physically, and academically. Parents of her students would express confidence in her teaching abilities, and they would express their appreciation for Miss Gooding’s ability to consistently have “the lines of communication” open. Charlene Gooding is an absolute “wealth of knowledge” in the field of early education and childcare. Most importantly, Charlene is an extremely beneficial attribute to children’s early development, providing a positive learning environment by promoting the success of each individual student.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our child adored Ms. Charlene. When he aged out, he wished that she could graduate with him. We found her to be dedicated to her care of children and incredibly imaginative in incorporating developmental learning goals into directed and free play activities. Very professional. Very compassionate.

Miss Charlene was the teacher of our daughter Maylis in 2006, when we arrived from France. Maylis was 4, didn't speak English and had only spent 3 months in a preschool near Paris before we moved to the US. In Bethesda Country Day School, Miss Charlene's outstanding kindness and patience helped a lot. She was paying attention to every child, always talking in a soft voice but staying firm in her expectations. While picking up Maylis after morning class, I could see she was happy and relaxed, even if she was still unable to understand everything. She was happy to go to school and the atmosphere of the group was very positive and nurturing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Charlene took care of our daughter at a daycare center from when she was an infant until she was almost four. She was our absolute favorite teacher. She is kind, patient and respectful. We feel so lucky to have had her in our daughter's life.
